Day 26 Part 2 Page 8

“Ok, time for you and I to have another conversation.” The color drained visibly from Lexx’s face as he was just about to yell at Zaile and Keith again. “Alone.” Lexx turned slowly to face Vic. Lexx had a difficult time holding a straight face with Chel standing nearby. “Dad, please.” Chel sighed, hoping her father was going to listen to what she had said and not be too rough on Lexx. She also hoped Lexx wouldn’t do or say anything stupid without her in the room. “Uhm,…” Zaile attempted to interject, but was completely ignored. Vic gestured to the front door, smiling calmly. “After you.”

  1. Hahahah.
Just when he’s about to give a rant, she steals his thunder. And everyone else fall silent.
Lexx’ face in panel one? Pure genius!

    1. No – it’s her father getting into the fry!
Chel certainly wanted that conversation alone with him, but was beaten by her father. :{D

He’s quite popular at least. :{O

      1. I think Chel was going to talk to him in the group and lecture the others while at it.

I also think Vic is going to have a heart to heart with Lexx and explain where they stand in relation to each other/Chel.

        1. Well…Vic also stands in for a far more better voice of concern from a grown up the Lexx’s brother and the Red-headed kid.

Time for a grown up to step in before the three children get into a scuffle.^^

      2. Really? From her body language in the last comic, I thought it would be Chel that wanted to talk to Lexx one on one…

But then again, with the “Dad pelase” from Chel in the second panel, it makes more sense if Victor spoke in the first, that’s true.

  2. *giggles* I absolutely love the first panel. Lex’s face and the way his wings slumped at the sound of Chel’s dad… perfect!

  3. This is what Lexx heard immediatly after alone –> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bW7Op86ox9g

    1. *Laughs out loud*

Well played, good sir. Well played!

  4. Itty bitty Drift! <3
