Day 26 Part 4 Pg 11

“Ugh, do you have to bring him in here?” Stealth snarled.  Swiftpaw cringed closer to Chel, tucking his tails around her arm. “I just need to wash him off.”  Chel veered to one side of the room, trying to see through her tears.  The trio of scientists attending to Stealth stepped back, not sure what to make of the smell that was getting into their suits and wondering if it was dangerous or not. “I’ll get you a safe cleaner.”  One of them stepped forward.  Whatever it was, they were already exposed and it was really too late to do anything other than get rid of the odor and hope it was just an odor.  “Take him to the deep sink.”  The scientist gestured to a sink, then realizing that Chel couldn’t really see it, walked up to her and guided her to the sink so she could put Swiftpaw into it.

  1. Swiftpaw: Safe cleaner? So it won’t affect my fur colour?

Hazmat Scientist: It’ll enhance your fur colour, and provide body and shine! Yes, Xenomorph Shampoo really brings out that little extra in your extraterrestrial pets, and deals with all odours, pathogens, toxins and biochemical combat effects! It also helps combat tangles!

Chel: Look! Five minutes ago Swiftpaw was a Class III biohazard, but now he’s fine again, thanks to Xenomorph Shampoo! Mmmm, and so soft!

Hazmat Scientist: Developed by a top secret intergovernmental programme, Xenomorph Shampoo is not available in stores, but if you ask about it in the right places, we’ll certainly get to hear about it! Xenomorph Shampoo – sometimes we DO know best!

(the rest of the dice bound happily into the frame. Freeze on the final tableau) >:=)>

    1. Beautiful. That would make an amazing animated short.

    2. heh, just so long as its safer to aliens that head & shoulders lol

  2. Soooo… how is the small getting through the hazmat suits? They’re designed to have isolated air and the material is thick/tight enough to prevent normal particles from getting through.

    1. Hmm, I guess the smell is nano or pico particles and aggressive ones – do not forget he is a dice made for combat. 😛

      1. Well, there are chemicals that can get through plastics… Plastic is more for microbes or gross hazards like lye or pepper spray. Note: Not ‘disgusting’ but the other meaning.
