There were boxes stacked up against one wall in all shapes and sizes. There were also several boxes which seemed to have plates of some kind filed into them. Chel stared at the pile. She had never seen so many boxes in her life and knowing that they were gifts was overwhelming.
"Viewers sometimes send gifts …. you're popular," Damian explained putting a hand on Chel's shoulder and patting her.
"I don't understand why…"
"They like you! Well, most of them do. I took the liberty of discarding a few items which you really wouldn't have wanted to see."
"Gee, aliens I've never met hate me too?" They had tried to kill her, hadn't they?
"They're just jealous." Damian chuckled as though it was nothing to be concerned with.
"I don't want to imagine why …" Chel shook her head and wondered for a moment if she should accept these gifts. They came from beings she did not know, who obviously liked what they saw of Lexx's 'show' and her involvement. It made Chel very uncomfortable.

Kind of have to agree with Chel here… I’m not sure I’d accept the gifts, that feels a little too much like accepting candy from strangers… though curiosity would make me want to know what they are…

I’m not surprised Chel’s popular. Lexx is, let’s face it, kind of boring. Famous, but boring to watch. Then along comes this strange earth girl who gets him to open up a little… it’s totally the sort of thing we like in our entertainment, so they probably do theirs too.

Sex toys, death threats, severed limbs, blood, boobytraps, relay bombs, anything that could harm her, physically or mentally.
I don’t know if it has a name, but the tech must exist. A relay bomb would be a device that fires a huge burst of relay signals, which could create a sensory overload on anyone with a relay, and possibly harm them severely. They all know about Chel’s relay. Such a device could be disguised as a bracelet, and wait until someone puts it on to lock onto their arm and activate, repeatedly flooding the minds of everyone nearby with pain. Heck, it could be powered by her body, just as I assume the relay is, so it would keep hitting her with burst after burst until it burned out, he relay burned out, or she died.
Totally a plausible thing that someone must have created.
