"Riley!!" Chel looked around, hearing Lexx calling out to the littan. He was dressed similarly to Riley. His armor was bright red with a matching helmet. Lexx quickly joined them.
"Lexx, why is Riley here?" Chel was annoyed. Hadn't Lexx invited her here? What was Riley doing here while she was seeing such a secretive side of Lexx.
Lexx didn't say anything. His eyes widened considerably. Maybe it hadn't been a good idea to let Riley in.
"And why are you dressed like that?" Chel demanded. She was driven on by the look of guilt building across Lexx's face.
"He invited himself and I thought entertaining myself with war games would keep me away from where you were - I was wrong." Lexx replied truthfully. It had been a good idea at the time.
