She didn't want to verify what she remembered, but quickly pulled her nightgown down over her left shoulder. There wasn't any pain. Her fingers didn't brush across the bandage she expected to be there. She hadn't even thought about it. Had she been that distracted by everything going on that she forgot about it? What happened? Where did they go? How did they - no, that wasn't it.
Chel shivered. No. No. No. The only thing she could think about was Lexx's wounds and how quickly they healed. Had she managed to catch his nanites like it were some illness?
Chel suddenly felt lightheaded.
If I recall…. Riley said She can’t “catch” Lexx’s nanites … BUT, I’m wondering if Stealth had anything to do with the fast heal, as she’d already admitted to the relay….
