“Dad, Lexx is not an alien any more than someone from another country is.” Chel smiled.
“You could look at it that way.” Vic nodded slowly, then a more concerned look crossed his face. “Or I could look at it like you’re friends with all of the Avengers rolled into one young man.”

Just emailed everyone who has donated to thank them! There is still $210 to go to the end of the month - all of which will be going toward Rent/FOOD/Medications. There will be no updates over July 4th week for the holidays and so I can get on top of all that missed text while Kim is NOT here.
Today, I think I'm going to think about what to do with Alien Dice while I script it. *Deletes some stuff that was really upsetting just to type.*

Give Vic a little more credit than that, he’s at least realized that mind wiping ALL of his children AND several members of the neighborhood is a bit much to do to protect his daughter.
Especially not when she’s his best chance at MAINTAINING first contact after this is over. After all, Chel’s the one who knows all the aliens already and is dating an offworld human.

Riane’s Death Cry/Soul Echo is still there, she’s just got less to do now that she’s not blocking the Bad Code.
She was also sent in gratitude for killing the real Riane, so she’s not going to harm Lexx. Yes, I’m sure of that. Please no doomsday speculation on that point.

I have to laugh at this whole line of comments… because stressed parents can make some really silly comparisons. 🙂

Hehe. Lexx is the Hulk when he’s angry. Captain America when he’s protecting, Black Widow of Hand combat, Iron Man when it comes to using certain abilities, and Thor when it comes to lightning abilities. I dunno how else to put this, but yeah he’s the Avengers in one. Who else is better to protect your daughter?
