Then, he noticed a glimmer of reflective light across the surface of the water to his side. Energy twisted around only to be hit by an explosion of water. The duck was right in the middle of it, wings spread and red eyes fixated upon Energy. And it let out a fearsome 'quack' which took the larger dice aback in surprise.
Energy tried to shift his lengthy body out of the duck's path … and the pair of lengthy talons that were gleaming just under the wings. If the duck managed to land on him, Energy knew he would have a very difficult time dislodging it.
