Yes, Chill appears much more feminine in her last appearance. I am not an artist, but the face looks wider maybe? Less detail for the eyes? I don’t think the gate is supposed to have transmogrified her, however.
Actually she looks more “childlike”. She is supposed to be in that innocent wonder stage. She is very sheltered after all … Also am I the only one who thinks Chill and Chel would be good friends?

It also appears that the door has taken her shoes. Or maybe her opinion is she likes going barefoot because ‘the cold never bothered me anyway’.
