Lexx closed his eyes momentarily, 'I'm sorry, Acadiu,… but I want to live… I have something to live for now. I don't want to just give up. If I did,… I would never see her again. I want to stay here. I want to stay here for HER.' He took a deep breath, lowering the blade, his wings held rigidly over his back, twitching with anxiety.
Just one thrust of his hand and Acadiu's pain would be over. That was a decision Lexx did not want to make. He couldn't justify this as anything other than murder. Acadiu was not a threat to him. But if he didn't do it, he would be giving up and belong to Saign.
'Acadiu, please,… surrender!' Lexx pleaded.
