Riley suddenly brightened up and repeated, word for word in a sing song voice, exactly what Lexx had said to Chel. “I”ve chosen to love you and I would willingly die a thousand times if I could say that before each one!”
Lexx didn’t even hesitate, swinging a fist out and catching Riley on the shoulder. Riley laughed and staggered back, almost falling down in his effort to lighten the mood. Lexx wasn’t quite as amused. That had been for Chel’s ears only, not a nosey littan’s.

The second and third panel have such potential for additional laughs.
I bet Tiff was resisting the urge to make several different pages with the text being different.
I can’t help but to what it would look like if Riley was singing the banana split song and got punched on the third banana.
This page was just so awesome though. Seems like though they’ll be a few changes when Lexx gets back to the game, at least some things haven’t changed all that much.

Is it just me, or is the color of Lexx’s wings constantly changing? Or are they just in shadow? He’s had two black, one black and one white, and two white in the last few strips.

I am curious though as to the significance of Lexx’s wing feather pattern being black on the outside and white on the inside like some birds.

I keep thinking the way predatory animals tend to be colored darker on top than on bottom (sharks, some predatory birds) to make them more difficult to see.

I was thinking it could be an esthetics’s thing purposely programed by the ADC to make him as physically attractive for the rich players to catch him as well as any skills he would have.
Though depending how far the Greys worked on Lexx’s Dice code, that might not be the case.

I am not sure why so many find the dual color wings to be confusing I been waiting on them. Ever since Tiff compared Lexx to someone else main character in some art a few years back.
Though I have to admit I think Lexx has to roll another level before those wings are that useful.

They’re shrunken in an out of battle mode so that they can be expanded to the fully functional size easily when battle comes.
It’s much harder to build the wings with nothing there than it is to shrink and expand the wings when needed.
